• It's quiet. No fan, no buzz, just a faint click when it cycles on.
• The high setting is actually useful for thicker mugs or cold-start mornings.

What's not good

• No battery. Plugged in only. That's fine for a desk, not a kitchen island.
• Touch controls are too sensitive. Brushing the edge with a sleeve turns it off. Annoying in a small workspace.
